When you visit the official Gameloop website and click the download button, you get a small executable file (an .exe). The Gameloop setup file is typically around 3–5 MB. There is no official full offline installer from Gameloop. What the community calls the “offline installer” is usually the same web installer, used with a stable internet connection.
